I’ll never forget that day when I pushed the elder lady out of my way just to catch my first bouquet. Keep in mind I was only four at the time. Ever since then I’ve been hooked to weddings.
I graduated from the University Of Central Florida with my Bachelors in Event Management. While attending the Rosen College of Hospitality, I gained experience planning weddings while interning for renowned Orlando planners. Once graduated, I wanted to branch out in bridal. I became a bridal stylist for Solutions Bridal. There, I made every brides dream come true when she found that perfect white dress. Now I am back to planning and making every girls wedding dream come true. With my knowledge of planning and also styling, you could say I am your go to girl for all things wedding!
I have three favorite aspects of my job. First has to be meeting my couple for the first time and hearing every single detail of their engagement. Yes I am that planner who will most likely cry when your groom tells the story behind it. Second is when I preview the reception space with my new Mr.&Mrs.. The look on their faces and the joy in their eyes is worth every month it took to get there. Lastly is the celebration. After the first dances are done, cake cutting has passed, its now time for the celebration to begin. I love seeing both families and friends out on the dance floor celebrating these two becoming one. If you’re lucky you might catch me doing the wobble on the sideline.
Every wedding planner has a dream client. I would have to say miss Lauren Conrad is mine. Not only is Lauren my go to gal for everyday inspiration but everyone who knows me knows I love all things LC. I swear she is my older sister and me, her mini me, just trying to fill her shoes one day.
If I were planning Lauren and Will’s happily ever after, it would look a little like this.
Lauren has a love for all things soft and romantic so dahlia and rose’s are a must at the Conrad and Tell wedding. Since majority of their engagement was spent with William’s head in law school books, its only fitting to incorporate his passion for law with heart book table numbers. Although miss Conrad is rumored to be wearing and co-designing along side her BFF Trey ,who has designed for Vera Wang for her past two collections, I pray to my wedding gown fairies that Lauren breaks away from the Vera Wang tradition and walks down the aisle in one of my favorite designers, miss Hayley Paige.
Now that you know a little bit about myself and my passion for all things wedding, I promise you, I will guide you and your soon to be hubby to a day you will never forget. xo
