1010 West Party | Alexandria’s Sweet Sixteen | Orlando Party Planner

As we had been planning my 1010 West Party for over a year, I was so so excited and ready for it! I had all of these crazy ideas swirling in my brain, and finally had a canvas to use them for! So, we started party planning as soon as I had picked the perfect dress: a gorgeous Morilee gown from Minerva’s Bridal!! Then we picked the theme: A Night Under the Stars! It was perfect for me and I love it!

Shortly after, we had the venue picked out!! A 1010 West Party sounded perfect for my dream Sweet Sixteen Party! From there, we booked all of my vendors and then came the actual day!!! I was so excited to celebrate with all of my friends and family!

The Day of My 1010 West Party!

The day started with my mom, my grandma and I getting our hair and makeup done by Kristy’s Artistry Design Team. Kristy did an amazing job and everyone looked so great! She always does a great job and made me truly feel like a princess! After that we headed to 1010 West to begin set up!

Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals had already finished setting the tables and ghost chairs for the 1010 West Party. The linens, from Cocktails Catering, were also set and ready for my sweet sixteen! Atmosphere’s Floral was also there to set up all of the beautiful flower arrangements and decor!! Debby had the perfect moon for a super fun photo op! Atmosphere’s helped to make my party more than perfect!

As set up continued, Patrick from PB and J Studios took me around downtown for a photoshoot! I am absolutely OBSESSED with all of my photos! Gringos Locos Catering dropped off all of the food for the night, which everyone loved!! Their empanadas are my favorite 😉 iRent Everything also rented us some star linens for the cocktail tables, which were absolutely perfect for the theme! My grandmother and aunt also brought home chocolate from Fowler’s Chocolates for my party favors!

Let the party begin!!

As guests began to arrive, I was getting ready to party!! A few weeks before, my friends and I had practiced a flash mob for my entrance… and it was so imperfectly perfect! We all messed up a little but it was still perfect! Then we went into dinner then dancing, where Dylan from Soundwave Entertainment played amazing music that kept everyone on the dance floor all night!!

Sweet City Gelato was also there to make my night even more special!! I absolutely LOVE their gelato (especially the Banana Dulce de Leche flavor) and it was so perfect for my 1010 West Party! Orlando DJ Group also set up a photobooth that was absolutely perfect and everyone had so much fun in! Then we sang happy birthday and ate lots of delicious cake and cupcakes from Publix.

The night continued with dancing until it was time to pack up. The night was so perfect and better than I had imagined!! I was so happy because it was so perfect but so sad it was over!
