Pines at Windermere Wedding | Orlando Wedding Planner | Lisa and Travis

If there has an ever been a Pines at Windermere wedding not to miss this would have to be the one!!  I met Lisa back in February.  She had a vision but no clue how to pull it together.  With this we jumped right in and began planning a beautiful New Years Eve wedding!

Lisa’s day began with Kristy’s Artistry Design team dolling up her and her maids at the beautiful Hilton Orlando.  This is where Jimmy Ho Photography and Joel Kuhn Creative began their day as well. Capturing all the details and moments that happen on this special day.  Lisa and Travis chose this location to do a first look as well.  Can you feel the emotion in these photos?!?  Later in the day when it was time to leave to head to their Pines at Windermere wedding in a bus provided by VIP Transportation.

On site the day began really early with DKN-tertainment installing complete room draping as well as ceiling draping. He also provided the room lighting, black and white dance floor, as well as photo booth.  For ceremony, we cut the room in half to hold the ceremony. The black draping was perfect as it helped pop the gorgeous floral arrangements made by Atmospheres Floral and Design.  During cocktail hour the room was transformed to a beautiful reception space.    The candle light along with the romantic floral pieces changed the entire room.  Orlando Wedding and Party Rentals provided the gold chivari chairs and gold chargers that added to the drama of the room.

For the reception, the bride and groom came in to the Florida Gators fight song and had their first dance to “Die a Happy Man’ by Thomas Rhett.  Then it was time for dinner.  Cocktails Catering did an exceptional job at creating a menu.  Once dinner was over it was time to dance!  This group was ready to party all night!  When it came time to do the countdown the entire group was in the middle of the dance floor with champagne in hand.  At the stroke of 12:00 the confetti cannons went off and it was time for more dancing 🙂

We had such a great time working with Lisa and Travis on their Pines at Windermere wedding and wish them nothing but the best in their new lives together.  Congrats again you two!!
